ယင္းကိစၥႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ တရုတ္ႏိုင္ငံ ေရႊလီၿမိဳ႕တြင္ က်င္းပေသာ တရုတ္ျမန္မာစီးပြားေရးဖိုရမ္တြင္ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ကာ တရုတ္လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား အေနျဖင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ဥပေဒစည္းမ်ဥ္း၊ ဓေလ့ရိုးရာမ်ားကို လိုက္နာလုပ္ေဆာင္သင့္ေၾကာင္း ၎ဖိုရမ္တြင္ အႀကံျပဳေျပာၾကားျခင္းမ်ား ရွိခဲ့သည္။ "ျမန္မာအစိုးရဘက္ကေန တင္ျပလာလွ်င္ တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံအစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ ဝင္ေရာက္ေျဖရွင္းေပးသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တရားဥပေဒနဲ႔ မညီညြတ္ရင္ နားလည္ခြင့္လႊတ္ေပးမွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ျပစ္ဒဏ္ေပးတာအျပင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာ ဘယ္ေတာ့မွ ရင္းႏွီးျမွဳပ္ႏွံခြင့္မေပးေတာ့တာေတြ လုပ္ပစ္ရပါမယ္" ဟု ယင္းဌာနမွ ပါေမာကၡမစၥတာလီခ်န္ေယာင္းက ေျပာၾကားသည္။ (၈-၁၂-၂၀၁၁ ရက္၌ တရုတ္နိုင္ငံ ေရႊလီၿမိဳ႕၌ က်င္းပေသာ တရုတ္-ျမန္မာ စီးပြားေရးဖိုရမ္မွ)

ခုမွပဲ လူေရွ႔သူေရွ႕မွာ မဟုတ္တရုတ္ ေတြက လူလိုသူလို နည္းနည္းအသံထြက္ေဖာ္ရေတာ့တယ္။ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရေသးတာေပါ့ေလ။

ျမန္မာျပည္သူေတြဘက္မွေျပာသလိုုႏွင့္တရုုတ္အက်ိဳးစီးပြားကိုုကာကြယ္လိုုျခင္းသာျဖစ္သည္။တရုုတ္အလုုပ္သမားမ်ားႏွင့္ျမန္မာျပည္သူတုုိ႕ ျပႆနာျဖစ္လ ွ်င္သဘာဝဓာတ္ေငြ႕ စီမံကိန္းကိုုျမစ္ဆံုုဆည္ကိစၥၥကဲ့သိုု့ျမန္မာတိုု့ကန့္ကြက္မည္စိုုးေသာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္သည္ဟုုထင္ပါသည္။
I want to give suggestion to Myanmar Authority and Local Authority about the labor rules.
Myanmar Authority must demand foreign companies to recruit local people form bottom to mid position levels in every section of foreign investment jobs. Then our local people can get some experience and one day they can take over these jobs. These rules are compulsory and every country is following it except Myanmar.
I found that all Chinese Companies are coming to our country with their own people from bottom to top position. How come our local can get direct benefits from these investment?
Currently I am working in India, offshore company and India Government demanded to recruit their local people at least two third of total workers. Otherwise the government will not issue work permit for Foreign workers for that particular company. Also they ask to promote their local people until the supervisor position.
But I don't see any rule and regulation in our country. Our local authority and government are sleeping and get bribe under table, keep quiet.
